This is a formal bidding invitation for General Cargo Sales & Services Agent (GSSA), issued by HNA Cargo on behalf of HU/GS/JD in Australia, New Zealand, Russia, and select European countries.
Bidding Overview
This is a competitive tender, and all eligible agents are encouraged to submit:
1.Pricing for the routes listed in Quotation (Attachment 1), ensuring compliance with the required service levels.
2.Minimum Guarantee Revenue (MGR) quotations for all routes in at least one country.
*Rankings will be determined by the total cumulative value (MGR × planned flight frequency for all routes in the bidding country).
Submission Requirements
1.Read the Invitation for GSA Cooperation carefully.
2.Complete and sign/stamp Attachment 1 (Quotation Sheet) and fill in Attachments 2 & 3 as required.
3. Provide your company’s profile as per the documents required in the Invitation for GSA Cooperation.
Deadline & Submission
Deadline: 23:59 Beijing Time, April 22, 2026.

Late submissions or emails sent to other addresses will be rejected.
In formal bids, do not CC HNA employees’ personal emails. Bids with personal CCs will be invalid.
