This is a Formal Bidding for General Cargo Sales & Services Agent (referred to as GSSA) issued by HNA CARGO, serving as agent for HU in the United Arab Emirates.

This is a competitive tender, encouraging all agents to provide prices for all routes listed in Quotation(Attachment1) and required information they can serve with the required service levels.

Please carefully read the requirements in the Information for GSA Cooperation and quote in Attachment 1(stamp or sign on it) and fill in the corresponding information in Attachment 2 and Attachment 3 as required, and also, provide your company's information introduction according to the requirements in the bidding email.

Please pay attention that the deadline is Beijing time, 23:59 P.M. on June 26, 2025, and all the quotation and docs should be send to the email address of HNA Cargo (hyztbzyyx@hnair.com). Overdue replies, and other means of reply are invalid (Only send your proposal to hyztbzyyx@hnair.com, and do not send to other personal email addresses, otherwise it will be also regard as invalid quotation).
