Dear Sir/ Madam,

Beijing Capital Airlines is planning to operate schedule passenger flight TAO=MEL from January 31, 2023, and Tianjin Airlines is planning to operate schedule passenger flight TSN=CGO=SYD from February 24, 2023. If you are interested in cooperating with us and would like to be our CSA in Australia, please kindly see the information you may need as below, and also please provide your relevant documents to us.

Flight Information

A. Flight plan

For this route, there is no confirmed schedule now. We’ll provide the info once we confirm the plan.

B. Estimated available payload:

MEL-TAO: A330, 10 tons

SYD-CGO-TSN: A330, 12 tons

The actual available payload shall be based on the actual flight.

Required Information and Documents

A. Company profile

Please make sure to provide the following information as detailed as possible, which is an important basis for our evaluation and selection. Meanwhile, based on the principle of honest cooperation, please ensure the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents provided.

1. Company introduction, established time, scale, organizational structure, available services, sales plan and other related info	Please provide Company profile
2. Whether you have experience as a GSA of other airlines or charter business. If yes, please list all airlines, routes, time and other information.
3. List the names of all Global agents cooperating in 2022
4. The total tonnage you have carried in the past four years from the sales area (MEL, SYD and Australia separately) to CHINA.	In 2019：XXX tons In 2020：XXX tons In 2021：XXX tons In 2022：XXX tons
5. Whether there are offices and staff, list number of staff in the sales area(MEL, SYD and Australia), and list the offices in the world
6. Whether there is CASS settlement qualification in the sales area
7. Whether there is cooperation experience and good communication with local GHA

B. IATA certificate, DGR certificates of two staffs at least, Certificate of Job Training Related to Air Cargo Transport, and other relevant qualification certificates.

C. Copy of the company business license.

D. Fill in the GSA (CSA) COMPANY INFORMATION (see attachment in email).

Quotation

Please offer Minimum Guarantee Revenue per flight with net rate, no commission.

Note: If there are new routes in the sales territory, the Minimum Guarantee Revenue will be negotiated separately and signed in the form of formal letter.

Restrictions

Commercial dangerous goods cannot be transported, including dry ice and lithium batteries.

As for temperature control goods, frozen goods, AVI, etc., there are also some restrictions. If there are needs to be transported for such goods, CSA must communicate with us and obtain our confirmation in advance.

Other types of goods can be transported if they comply with airlines‘ Cargo Transportation Manual. The manual will be made available after cooperation.

Transit

For TAO, we can transit to other destinations in China only by truck now.

To PEK/PVG/CAN/CKG etc. by truck.

For CGO, we can transit to other destinations in China only by truck now.

To PEK/PVG/DLC/TSN etc. by truck.

For TSN, we can transit to other destinations in China only by truck now.

To PEK/PVG/DLC/TSN etc. by truck.

Some of the destinations will require sterilization for transit goods, and there will be charges.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, it is necessary to consult and communicate with our booking personnel in advance if there are transfer shipments booking.

You need to submit the proposal within the specified time limit. If it’s overdue, it will be regarded as an invalid proposal.
