In order to further balance the supply and demand relationship of air cargo and promote the efficient transportation of international trade, our company plans to carry out the charter business of B747F and issue a notice of competition, as follows:

1. Term of Agreement

March 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023

LEJ-NKG/PVG

3. Schedule

Each Monday and Friday, 2 flights per week. The plan of the next month schedule will be notified around the 20th of each month.

4. Aircraft information：

B747F

MAX PAYLOAD：95tons（cargo net weight 90tons）；

MAX VOLUME：600cbm；

PALLETS POSITIONS：19Q7、1T、9Q6、8H2（including 3PAG）、1A1；

5. Bidding reserve price

No reserve price, the highest bidder will win. If the bidding price is the same, those who receive bidding information at the same price are preferred.

6. Fuel surcharge

Based on the reference fuel price of LEJ Airport in February, If the fuel price increases on the actual date of flight execution, the fuel cost will have to be supplemented according to the actual increase price, and no refund will be made for the decrease in fuel price.

7. Settle accounts

Charter fee must be paid five working days in advance. The first charter fee and the advance payment for the last charter flight must be paid in the first time. The plan of the next month schedule will be notified around the 20th of each month. Flight can be cancelled once a month. Details of the specific terms and conditions are subject to the content of the agreement.

8. Participation mode

9. Deadline for bidding

Before 24:00 February 14, 2023（UTC time）.Overdue feedback is considered invalid.

10. Agreement signing

The agreement shall be signed before February 20.

13. Our company will not accept any inquiry about other participants, prices and other information of the route from any bidding unit.
