Hainan Airlines is planning to operate schedule passenger flight HAK/PEK/CAN/SZX =BKK, and CAN/PEK=HKT from January 19, 2023. If you are interested in cooperating with us and would
like to be our CSA in Thailand, please kindly see the information you may need as below, and also please
provide your relevant
documents to us.

Please offer Minimum Guarantee Revenue per flight for HAK/PEK/CAN/SZX =BKK,
and HKT-CAN/PEK routes with net rate, no commission.

Note: If there are new routes in the sales territory, the Minimum Guarantee Revenue will be negotiated separately and signed in the form of formal letter.
Restrictions
Commercial dangerous goods cannot be transported, including dry ice and lithium batteries.
As for temperature control goods, AVI,
etc., there are also some restrictions. If there are needs to be transported
for such goods, CSA must communicate with us and obtain our confirmation in
advance.
Other
types of goods
can be transported if they comply with HU‘s Cargo Transportation Manual.
The manual will be made available after cooperation.
Transit
A. HAK
For HAK, it cannot be transited to other destinations in China by
flight now. Once it resumes, we’ll inform in time.
B. PEK
For PEK, we can transit to other destinations in China by truck now,
and transit by flight from JAN 8, 2023.
To TSN/DLC/YNT/PVG/CSX by truck. To DLC/CKG/CSX etc. by flight.
C. CAN
For CAN, we can transit to other destinations in China by flight and by
truck now.
To PVG/PEK/CAN/XIY, etc. by truck.
D. SZX
For SZX, we can transit to other destinations in China by flight now,
and it’s estimated to transit by truck from end of the JAN.
To CKG/PVG, etc. by flight.
E. Reminder
Some of the destinations will require sterilization for transit goods,
and there will be charges.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, it is necessary
to consult and communicate with our
booking personnel in advance if there are transfer shipments
booking.

Beijing time.
You need to submit the proposal within the specified
time limit. If it’s overdue, it will be regarded as an invalid proposal.
